Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales

1. Introduction

Welcome to our online ticket shop for the “14th International Symposium: Steps on the Way to Hearing with a CI”, hosted by EURO-CIU in Vienna. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of tickets through our online platform.

2. Ticket Purchase

2.1. Tickets purchased through this website are for the events occurring from the 4th to the 6th of April 2024, including the Symposium on April 5, 2024, and the General Assembly on April 6, 2024.

2.2. Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payment

3.1. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

3.2. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods via PayPal. As specified on the website.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Ticket cancellation is possible until March 25, 2024. To cancel your ticket, please contact our support team with your order details: info@eurociu2024.com

4.2. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of cancellation.

4.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 25, 2024.

5. Event Changes and Cancellation

5.1. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or program.

5.2. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the symposium, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

6. Liability

6.1. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property occurring at the event.
